Amazon has the Lenovo Ideapad A1 7" Android 2.3 tablet for $199. Not sure why it's acting like a pre-order, a co-worker just bought one direct from Lenovo and has it already.
I'm not a big tablet guy, but my opinion is it's a solid, cheap tablet that isn't crippled by lack of features. It has GPS, front and rear facing cameras, 16GB storage, and it's reasonably snappy. I set it up for my co-worker and adding a different launcher (I used Launcher Pro) is a must. I initially pushed her towards getting a Kindle Fire, but the Fire doesn't have built-in google apps, access to the "full" market, no camera, and no GPS, all things that my co-worker was looking for.
